Lately Brian has been really into pirates. So, when we heard that the pirates were landing on West Seattle there was no question about us being there.
We hung out on the beach and waited. First came the fire boat...
Then came the pirates...
They hung around to take pictures. This one traded swords with Brian - but only for the picture. Brian was concerned about his sword and wanted it back - you just can't trust a pirate.
Then we moved on to the tall ships in Tacoma. It was fun to see them under sail...
They had the Bounty...
And the Nina...
And more pirates!
It was a fun, pirate-filled day. We will definitely do it again next year.
